Refund Policy

We will refund the cost of your credit card reading if you are not satisfied and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes. After terminating the call, please call the sales number you originally dialled and we will either offer to connect you to another reader of your choice or refund you the money. To take advantage of this offer you must contact us within 60 minutes of your original reading and your call cannot have lasted for more than 5 minutes.

Refund policy applies to a credit card call that has been connected to the reader for a maximum of 5 minutes.

There is a limit of 3 refunds per person. All requests must be made through the sales number and are subject to verification.

Requests for refunds must be made within 60 minutes of the call being terminated.
